Aleksandr V. Tsvetkov

He graduated from Belarussian State University in 1982 with a degree in «Jurisprudence».

From 1982 to 1984 was on the military service. From 1984 tî 1996 he was working as a lawyer in different state and commercial organizations. From 1996 he is working for «Fransabank» ÎJSC (before renaming JSC Bank «Golden Taler»): started as a legal adviser, and later proceeded as a head of the Juridical department. Since 1998 Mr. Zvetkov works as a Head of the Juridical and personnel directorate.
