Bank work is based on the following Licenses and Permissions, issued by the State competent authorities:

1. License for banking activity of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus ¹15 as of 29.12.2008

2. Special Permission (License) ¹02200/0385543 for the professional and stock exchange activities on the securities, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus based on the decision as of 13 July 2007 ¹243. Valid until 29.07.2012

3. Letter of the National Bank of the Republic ¹ 03009/613 as of 6.10.1994 about the registration of the bank ÎJSC Bank «Golden Taler»

4. Letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus ¹ 29-12/340 as of 13.11.2008 about the registration of the amendments to the Bank Charter in relation to the change of the name of the bank from ÎJSC Bank «Golden Taler» to «Fransabank» ÎJSC
