Shareholders

«Fransabank» JSC was registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on 5 October 1994 as a Joint Stock Company (previously JSC Bank «Golden Taler»).

Currently 99,9% of its shares at the Statutory Fund belongs to to FRANSABANK SAL (Lebanon) and FRANSAHOLDING (Lebanon).

As of 01 February 2011 regulatory capital is 31,7 million Euro.
